The United States Pilates Association™ LLC (U.S.P.A.™) is the exclusive licensee of a substantial portion of the Joseph H. Pilates Archives ("Archives") consisting of exclusive footage of Joseph H. Pilates Method of "Contrology and special footage of the master himself as well as photographs."

The U.S.P.A.™ will be the exclusive provider of Archival Seminars in the United States. These seminars will examine the exclusive Archives and provide an opportunity incorporate these Archival exercises into the Authentic Pilates™ programs of many Pilates aficionados.
