Continuing Education for The New York Pilates Studio ® Teacher Certification Program can be obtained by attending any of the following:
1. Any workshop offered as part of The New York Pilates Studio ® Teacher Certification Program, (beginner through advanced)
2. Joseph H. Pilates Archival Seminars offered by The U.S.P.A.®
3. Anatomy Seminars offered by The U.S.P.A. ® (Anatomy Seminars will explore the basics of anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiology relative to the practice of The Authentic Pilates ™ Method).
4. Seminars sponsored by The New York Pilates Studio ® Teacher Certification Program in which Authentic Pilates ™ exercises will be reviewed on the mat, and additional, various apparatus.
Anatomy seminars are taught by industry professionals, and will embrace and elevate a more in-depth comprehension of Authentic Pilates ™ practice, and teaching application
